You are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of an item if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Your return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order

2. Your item was purchased from us directly through

3. One of the following applies:

       a. Your item is unopened

       b. Your item arrived damaged (please take pictures of the damaged item and shipping box)

In most cases, you will be responsible for packing and shipping the returned item back to us, at your expense.

In the event that we made a mistake on your original order, we will include the original shipping cost in your refund, when applicable. However, in most other cases we cannot refund original shipping costs.

We will notify you once we've received your return and promptly proceed with issuing your refund to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed (most process within 3-5 business days).

Purchases made through an authorized reseller (in-store or online) other than are subject to their respective return policies and cannot be processed by us. Please reach out to the reseller you purchased from to inquire about their return and refund policies. We will always honor and credit our authorized resellers when they submit a proper return to us.
